Community-based Sustainable Agriculture in Two Tribes of Sarangani Province, Mindanao, Philippines


In 2012, SIBAT and CLANS established sustainable agriculture projects in Sarangani Province. Since the inception of the sustainable agriculture projects, a lot of development was established. Here are some of the sustainable agriculture project achievements deliver to Indigenous Peoples –T’boli and B'laan communities . From hunting to the heart of rice and vegetable farming, as the two tribes learned how to grow plants when SALT and home gardening was introduced to them.
